Find your Photo Booth photos. Your Photo booth photos are stored in your Pictures library: Click the Finder button in your Dock. Click the Pictures folder. Find the Photo Booth Library package file. Right-click the file and select 'Show Package Contents.' Open the Pictures folder in the Photo Booth Library and then find your pictures. . Go to your home directory (in the Finder, choose Go Home) and open the Pictures folder. Control-click (or right click) the Photo Booth Library and choose Show Package Contents. 1. In the Photo Booth app on your Mac, with the Take Photo button or Record Video button showing, click the Effects button in the bottom right.

2. Click the browse buttons on the bottom of the window to see previews of the effects.

3. Click an effect to select it.

   With some distortion effects, a slider appears when you move your pointer over the image. Move the slider to see how the distortion changes the photo or video.

   If you change your mind and don’t want to apply an effect, select Normal in the middle row of effects.

4. Do one of the following:

   • Click the Take Photo button .

   • Click the Record Video button to record a movie. Click the Stop button when you finish recording.
